As we continue to scale, we are seeking a detail-driven Database Administrator to support the accuracy and integrity of our internal systems.
About the Role
This temporary position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident with data, and able to maintain accurate CRM and database records. You will support daily operations, reconciliation tasks, and cross-departmental data flow.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and update CRM and internal databases
· Perform regular data audits and quality checks
· Ensure accurate syncing between CRM, sales, and operational systems
· Input and verify trade, client, and contract information
· Support daily reconciliation tasks (stock, sales, contracts)
· Generate reports for management
· Assist with data-driven projects and process improvements
· Maintain structured digital filing and data archives
Key Requirements
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Confident working with databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Professional, reliable, and proactive
· Strong communication skills
